Transatlantic Academy and the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) invite you to an afternoon meeting where the new Academy’s new report “Getting to Zero: Turkey, Its Neighbors and the West” will be released and Turkey’s role in its neighborhood discussed.

The current group of Transatlantic Academy fellows has spent the past ten months at the Academy working on a collaborative research project dealing with Turkey’s emerging role in its neighborhood. Seven full time and five short term fellows from across Europe and the United States have examined important aspects of Turkey’s role in the Black Sea and the Middle East. Natalie Tocci, Senior Fellow at the Instituto Affari Internazionali, Rome will present the major findings of the report followed by a panel discussion and then a reception. The discussion will be held in English.
