The European Social Fund (ESF) supports especially the important field of labour market and tries to facilitate all participants to strengthen the field of employment. But application process can be the vast obstacle in implementing social projects.

Therefore transnational corporations and exchange of innovation are crucial in all ESF actions – but dialogue is difficult to maintain.

The purpose of the practical seminar is to assist public officials to apply, promote and support partnership in Operational Programmes. Participants will be enable to successfully apply for ESF-projects, manage efficiently their financial resources and be prepared for any verification procedures to come. Beside latest guidelines and rules for 2010 and different application, financing and verification processes, attendees will also experience Best-Practice Examples from different Member States.

The target groups for this seminar are public officials or project managers working in

Managing, Certifying and Audit Authorities, Intermediate Bodies, Applicants for ESF and Transnational Projects, Project executing organisations, all employees responsible for ESF- and Transnational Projects and Consultancies specialised in financing & implementing of ESF projects.
