Beschreibung:

The General Programme "Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows"- SOLID - consists of four different funding instruments:

• European Refugee Fund (ERF)
• External Borders Fund (EBF)
• European Fund for the Integration of Third-country Nationals (IF) and
• Return Fund (RF)

Until the end of the programming period 2013 about 4.02 billion Euros will be available.

Topics among others are:

• Key Elements of Funding Regulations and Public Procurement
• The Role of Designated Authorities and the Cooperation between them
• Monitoring Programmes and Projects
• On-the-Spot Checks by the Responsible Authority
• Eligibility of Expenditure
• Best Practice and Exchange of National Experience

More then 20 speakers from all over Europe and the Fund Coordinators from the European Commission will be present. Participants learn most about their specific topics in divided sessions. The interactive workshop on day 3 brings down a round figure of the first European Symposium in Berlin about Management of the General SOLID Programme.
