EU-strategies and –programs have to be evaluated regularly to understand the output, results and impacts on the economic growth. A proper toolkit of evaluation methods is crucial for all activities of EU Funds management. But how to measure the success of EU Funds? Which evaluation method should be selected? How to assess the impact of actions and the economic growth in each country?

This workshop focuses on the advanced monitoring and evaluation methodology in a highly interactive way. The toolkit will be explained in-depth. The main focus will be on evaluation methods and counterfactual impact evaluation. Best practise and case studies are inherent part of the workshop.
