Apply for Dialog Most – a new German-Polish programme for young professionals focused on dialogue, leadership, and cross-border cooperation. Please feel free to share this with anyone who may be interested.

Dialog Most brings together 20 participants from Germany and Poland to foster exchange, interdisciplinary learning, and practical leadership skills. It is designed for young professionals who want to engage with European challenges and collaborate across sectors and perspectives.

The programme combines interactive workshops, expert talks, study visits, and group work in two in-person seminars: in Warsaw (13–15 May 2026) and Berlin (16–19 June 2026). The Berlin seminar will also include participation in the German-Polish Forum 2026. An online kick-off meeting will take place ahead of the programme, followed by long-term alumni networking.

Who can apply?

Aged 24–35, from Germany or Poland, with an interest in Europe, politics, business, society, or culture.
