Revenue generating projects co-financed by EU money are subject to extensive requirements regarding the calculation of expenditures and the control of revenue. One of the big challenges even for experienced EU funds experts remains the correct implementation of revenue generating projects in line with Art.55 of the Regulation (EC) 1083/2006.

At this practical seminar attendees will receive the chance to participate in theoretical lectures and intensive workshops sessions on the scope of Art.55 and the correct use of forecasting and calculation methods.

Two experienced lecturers will work together with participants trough the following questions:

• What are the draft regulations for revenue generating projects 2014-2020;
• The scope of Art. 55 – what is defined as revenue, where is revenue generated and how can you assign it;
• How to estimate the revenue during your application process;
• How to correct your estimations of revenue afterwards if necessary;
• What to do in a case when the revenue cannot be objectively calculated in advance;
• How to monitor net-income and refund provisions;
• How are the forecasting models and calculation methods used in practice.
